Hello Anjali Ma'am,
The first point I would like to mention is that your classes for all there 5 days were so lively. Not even a second, I felt out of place , which usually happens in some training sessions.
This is my 16th year in teaching as a Computer Sc teacher, but first year in Life Valley School. So it was really exciting to know all the new teaching practices which are not usually followed in other schools. From Day 1 to Day 5 all the topics were clearly conveyed with sufficient supporting activities and now I feel on track.
I loved the way you engaged the entire batch , handled all of us with ease and I wish to do the same in my class as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for you as you have made us ready for the new GEMS way of Life.

As I am a new teacher this is my first experience with GEMS faculty.It was such a wonderful session with Ma'am. Very very informative and helpful sessions she could handle. Very knowledgeable person. Ma'am shared lots of activities which are easy to implement in the classroom. I am excited to see her in the future. First of all thank you so much for such wonderful training sessions. It was really beneficial for me. Everyday I came with a lot of excitement because you explained everything in a very simple manner. I really liked the way you said "excellent" when we answered something, it boosted my confidence level like anything. It was so kind of you to share your ideas and your portfolio so that we got an idea on how to go with it. You made the class active throughout with your energy. The sessions were filled with so much fun I literally felt how a child would feel in class with such activities being implemented. Your presentation skill is amazing, when I attended your sessions I really felt your students are very lucky to have a teacher like you, who thinks a lot from a student's perspective which is one of the biggest qualities I count on in a teacher. Students led conference is something which I really liked and felt it should be practiced. Your very creative and you really have a great style of answering every question in a positive manner. Anjali Yadav is an exceptional trainer with her fluid style. She is able to keep the whole class engrossed. She is friendly and engaging, interspersing lengthy talks with anecdotes from her role as a teacher and from her personal life. It helps that she is drop dead gorgeous and always well dressed.

The sessions were long with a lot of changes especially with the lesson plans which appears to be too detailed and time consuming. However as it has been successfully practiced by GEMS, will definitely implement.

One of the best practices I thought was the Student Led Conferences. It will boost the morale of every child and help parents to be actively involved with their child's performance at school.

First of all I would like to thank you for the wonderful session . It was a great learning for me. You were very enthusiastic and your energy level remained the same from the start to the end .
Your activities were not just done for the sake of it. There was lot of learning which came along with it.

Few points I would like to indicate
1. Day 1: it was insightful to know how Gems does everything and the standards and quality of education that you render to the students.
2 . Day 2: day 2 was fun filled and full of activities . The importance of collaborative learning was a very useful one. I loved the way we defined Maslows hierarchy with respect to students.
Learning stations was entirely new thing to me and I thought it was put across very well . We have a good idea about it now. Making the noise meter during the class was fun and this also helped to get so many ideas.
Day 3: I thought this was the most challenging Day as lesson is definitely an elaborate one. I think I need more help with this . Drama in education is one of the best method to do a lot of topics in class and the activities we did were so useful.
Day 4: the differentiation in learning was put cross with a wonderful video which made it very clear.
Strategies which were explained were useful
Day 5: SLC was explained very clearly. I have a very clear idea as to what to do

So overall I feel I am better equipped as a teacher this time

All very informative sessions. Was so happy to learn about ChatGPT and usage of the term " Home Learning" rather than putting it as homework. Also during correction of notebook, for mistakes no x mark , for spelling mistakes underline and put sp ,for grammatical error 'G' was all new.

Regarding Anjali ma'am, she was very friendly and had a high confidence level. Most of the points were explained well with examples. She made sure of the involvement of each teacher. Never felt bored. Addition of extra activities like dance was so helpful. Could see how she loves her class and students as she kept relating some incidents or happenings of her class. Student led Conference was all new and I really thought it would be totally beneficial for the students.

Thank you for the wonderful sessions and high energy level throughout.
