Hera's symbols of power are  the pomegranate, lily, cow, cuckoo, lotus, and peacock. A special talent of Hera is being the Queen of Olympus and is very powerful. She had power over the skies. Women prayed to her for protection during childbirth, good health and marriage help.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.Most ancient Greeks recognized the <strong>twelve</strong> major Olympian gods and goddesses: (Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Athena, Ares, Aphrodite, Apollo, Artemis, Hephaestus, Hermes, and either Hestia or Dionysus), although philosophies such as Stoicism and some forms of Platonism used language that seems to assume a single  ...<br>2. Zeus is the father of <strong>Athena</strong>, who is said to have sprung from his head. She was his favorite child, with whom he shared the thunderbolt and aegis. Zeus was not a faithful husband; he was known for having many affairs with mortal women.<br>3. It is said as we need <strong>gods</strong> they need us or else they will be forgotten. ... The <strong>Greek God</strong> Zeus didn't <strong>die</strong>. It was only in 4th century AD that a Roman Emperor Theodosius forcibly seized the temples of Zeus as he was a Christian Ruler. Poseidon also didn't<strong>die</strong>.<br>4. <strong>Zeus</strong> overthew his Father Cronus. He then drew lots with his brothers Poseidon and Hades. <strong>Zeus</strong> won the draw and became the supreme ruler of the <strong>gods</strong>.
