1.Unprivileged location

Tokyo is only 300 kilometers from the triple junction where three of the dozen large tectonic plates in which the Earth's crust is divided interact continuously. For that reason, geologists nicknamed Tokyo as "the city that waits to die."

2.Extremely ordered

The Japanese love to queue and especially respect them. It is not unusual for you to walk down the street or in the subway stop and the person behind you will wait for you to advance.

3.The bathrooms

While traditional Japanese baths are simple holes in the floor, the most modern toilets should attach an instruction manual. Lids that stand alone, various jets to clean, automatic drying, air freshener and music have become a standard. The most modern bathrooms incorporate card readers and even screens to listen to your own music or see pictures.

4.Japanese tramps

Something that has persisted since the Japanese crisis of the 1990 is the high number of homeless people who roam the streets and parks. At night they ride "their house" and by day they have everything collected and covered with a tarpaulin to avoid rain. Unlike in other countries, Japanese vagabonds live on the street but do not beg, ask for money and are totally peaceful. Many have cleaning supplies, bicycle, mobile phone and even other technological gadgets.
