Now it basically has become my life, and a lot of my friends notice how excited I get when skiing season comes around. There is a major stereotype that metal music is Satanic, or that Metal is violent. While it is true for some bands, some of the major metal bands like Metallica and Megadeth write songs that are about problems with today's society, like addiction and toxic relationships. Also metal gives me energy; it gets me all "fired up" and ready for a big test, or a competition.

A good family friend of mine always has some project car I like to help him work on and drive, and my neighbor takes me to a racetrack in Joliet, IL every weekend where I can talk to professional drivers and even use a professional racing go-kart.
