We started this business to achieve our group project which is a project of course Foundation of Enrepreneurship Inculturation (MPU3222). The location of Ohayo business is in University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). Ohayo is one of the food, drink and dessert businesses that has combined Sarawak’s traditional tastes and it is very special for customers to have a try. Then, our business objective is to provide students in UNIMAS with the opportunity to experience Sarawak traditional food, drinks and homemade desserts which are only available in Sibu, Sarawak. The uniqueness of our Kuih Sepit is that it is served with different flavours, which are "Chocolate mix Peanut", "Chocolate & Peanut”, “Chocolate mix Peanut + Almond” and “4 in 1, Chocolate & Peanut + Almond +Oreo”. Additionally, the uniqueness of our drinks is that it is served with different flavours, which are "Wheatgrass", "Orange Sprite” and “Ribena Sprite”. Moreover, the uniqueness of our desserts is that it is served with different flavours, which are "Peach Jelly” and “Soya Bean Curd”. The Kuih Sepit, drinks and desserts are fresh and high-quality so that its natural flavour is unaffected. We ensure that the services and products we supply are of the highest quality to fulfil customers' needs and demands. Besides that, our products are offered at the most affordable prices to make sure that everyone can benefit from them. The target market that we focused include students due to it has higher population in University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). Moreover, people nowadays prefer things that are quick and easy to use. So we also use internet platform such as Facebook and Instagram to make more easier for customer who want take order through online. Customers only need to wait the delivery service for them or self-pick at certain places in UNIMAS. Our team is also very cooperative in giving full efforts in running the business effectively. Even though we are not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays, customers can still order our products, and we will deliver them the following day. For our business, we set a reasonable price for our drinks and biscuits because we know our customers tend to be UNIMAS students. Students at UNIMAS frequently come from other places, such as Selangor, Melaka, Johor etc. They need to save money because they have no job and no income. All they need is something cheap that they can afford and enjoy. Besides that, we also get feedback from our customers that the response times are long. Customers today anticipate immediate contact from service departments. They also desire a fast answer to their problems. Unquestionably, this is the first in a long list of typical customer service issues that need to be handled by organisations. We solve this problem by making sure the workers are aware of their tasks and responsibilities, as well as who to communicate with in the event of service lapses.

Advertising is a marketing strategy that can be used to support a product, or a service. The purpose of advertising is to influence consumers to make purchases by reaching out to those who are most likely to be willing to pay for a company's goods or services. We use Canva to make posters. The poster is one type of advertising. We use Canva to create our logo, advertising, and menu. We use the mobile phone to do advertisements on social media platforms such as our official Facebook and Instagram accounts. We use human labor to do the store management. For example, store manager is managing the inventory. We must constantly verify that the stock received from the supplier matches the entire quantity and amount in order to prevent stock loss. This is having the appropriate amount of inventory on hand to minimise expenses, maximise sales, and ultimately increase profits. We use good ingredients to do the quality checking for products. To guarantee that the products we offer are consistently great, it is crucial that we carefully choose the premium components and products that we utilize. We use fresh ingredients to make our product. Value proposition is related to the customer segment. A value proposition is a promise made by a business to a customer . A business's value proposition explains to a consumer the main factor that makes a product or service ideal for that specific customer. So as our business is selling beverages, desserts, and “Kuih Sepit”, our value proposition is affordable price and quick service . One of the example of value proposition is someone who like snacks will be attracted because they may want to buy ‘Kuih Sepit’. ‘Kuih Sepit’ can be a present to friend when they celebrate Christmas. Unimas’s students who like sweetness will buy our products. The flavor of drinks has wheatgrass, orange sprite and ribena sprite. The price of drinks is RM2. The flavor of “Kuih Sepit” has chocolate mix peanut (RM16), chocolate and peanut (RM16), chocolate mix peanut + almond (RM20), 4 in 1 chocolate and peanut + almond + oreo (RM20). The flavor of the dessert has peach jelly (RM3) and soya bean curd (RM3). Most of our products’ flavor is sweet. Sweetness has some advantages for us. This is because sugar enters the bloodstream very quickly. It reaches the brain, it releases dopamine. Dopamine can improve customers' exhaustion and fatigue. Their mental can be relaxed. They will have a good mood. Our customer segment is students at UNIMAS who are sensitive to price and busy . Students at UNIMAS frequently come from other places, such as Selangor, Melaka, Johor, and others. Some of them are sensitive to price and they need something cheap that they can afford them to enjoy. Our products like drinks are very cheap. For example, our drinks cost RM2 each so all of them can enjoy. Our price is cheaper than the price of drinks in the student pavilion. Their drinks cost RM 3 each. To fulfill the needs of customer segments who are sensitive to price, it is frequently practiced to offer comparable value at a cheaper price. Besides that, Students have little free time and are too preoccupied to complete assignments and participate in activities. They need food and drinks that are served quickly so they can save time. Our drinks only take 1 or 2 minutes to make. We have a good and friendly relationship with our customers. A good attitude can attract customers. We will contact our customers through social media or even contact them directly face-to-face. We also do promotions to attract new customers such as buy 5 free 1. Customer feedback can improve customer retention. It’s important to find out what existing customers think about our product. We listen to the feedback from customers and rebuild their trust if they did not satisfy with our products. We will improve our products or services. We quickly solve any issues that arise for a customer, then they’re much more likely to stay loyal to our brand. Customers repeat purchases when our services is good, the price of products are cheap and we listen to the feedback from customers. Channels are data management solutions such as Facebook, and Instagram will be our communication channels to advertise our products with our value propositions on the website. The communication, distribution, and sales channels comprise our company's interface with customers. Channels are customer touch points that play an important role in the customer experience. We use word-of-mouth marketing to promote our products. Examples of word-of-mouth marketing are posters on social media and promoting our products to friends and family.
