Finally, there are the Christmas Cracker, some Christmas gadgets typical of the United Kingdom and Ireland, but widespread in many other Commonwealth countries. It is a cardboard tube wrapped in a Christmas paper and tied in a package similar to that of a candy. Pulling the ends of the crackers breaks with a small bang, revealing the surprise that it contains inside.
