In the article it says “studies show that the mentally ill, people of color and the poor make up the majority of death row inmates.&nbsp;</div><div>It also says “ In the US, between 5%-10% or prisoners on death row have severe mental illnesses. This follows through with the fact some people don’t deserve the death penalty they may have a illness or a reason to have done what they did. They may just need help or they have childhood trauma .&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
