The lines in the camps to the mess hall were (Extremely) long. The food that was served was canned food, but the staff that handed out the other foods like potatoes used their bare hands.

Card games and board games were the most entertaining things they had to keep them occupied. They used playing cards as well.

During the times at this camp people got very unsanitary...

The food servers used their bare hands, the boards of their apartments smelled like horses and had manure on the floors, some people shook of their bed pans into the troughs were they washed their faces. so the made signs to caution people about the unsanitary actions.
