Characteristics of Effective Learning Environments: I belive that, all these things affect the environment you create:
Give the students time to ask questions and have questions, get different ideas from different opinions, using different teaching methods, prepare to organize the learning environment, which is very important, the assessment should be natural and student should not be punished, have a small number of students in the class, and how to assess students in exams  that use several different types so that students can succeed. 

Teaching strategies to keep the class interesting: 
 Using technology, connect  lessons to the student's real life li, e take a trip to different location ( lab, factory, and field trip), the other party must have an opinion and the matter must not be one-sided, and it should be interesting and not just talk.

Techniques for Motivating Learners: 
Goal setting, individual's needs, a sense of success and achievement, rewards, including grades and praise, establishing good relationship between students and teacher so as not to cause loss of classroom management, repeat the old lesson briefly at the beginning of the new lesson and involving students. 

In the last lesson of this module with Dr. Karwan, we learned a lot that every university teacher should have a good background before entering university: there are several committees within the university, there are college committees and departmental committees, which are more important to teachers. These include the Examination, Quality and Scientific Assurance Committee, the Education Development Committee, the Absences Committee and the Health and Safety Committee. Each of these committees governs the affairs of the department. We also learned some information about mini sheet and master sheet.

At the end of this module we received a lot of information to start our future life in the university, and we got a good experience with the students from the beginning to the end of the module was enjoyable, interesting and useful for me.

Assessment of Performance: this assessment is about student can apply the subject or not? is student can do work? it means ability practically. Assessment for Case studies ( real life case), project based, learning (PBL), field trips,  lab experimentation, and graduation projects. 

Assessment of Attitude: does the student like the subject or not? it has two types you assess yourself, for example you assess yourself about one week to know strong point and weak point, which it helps  to the student work on this. 

Purposes of self-assessment: it helps student to improve himself. 

360-Degree Feedback: if we want to assess my friend, it should be at the beginning assess positive point, the assess negative point in order to do not disturb the student's environment. 

GC Assessment: Rubric: what is rubric? it is an evaluation criterion. A rubric is a scoring guide that helps teachers evaluate student
performance, based on a range of criteria. A rubric lists the criteria, or characteristics, that student work should exhibit and describes specific quality levels for those criteria. It has two types are holistic and analytic. 

Performance Rubric: I understood the job that exists can be divided into several parts , each parts has own score on several conditions. This method used to graduation project, report, and field trip. 

Why rubric: teacher should be tells the students that assess depend on many points, it means teacher can not emotion mix it together with. Student does not say that his grate is low, student performance will be good, it is far from the student's personal opinion, student will be feel opinion received, and it can be easily assessed. 

Then the teacher gave us each group type of grading  rubric our group field trip.
 field trip is a trip by students to gain firsthand knowledge away from the classroom, as to a museum, factory, geological area, or environment of certain plants and animals. Or a trip by a scholar or researcher to gather data firsthand, as to a geological, archaeological, anthropological, or other site. And at the end of the lesson I learned how to grade students fairly and without mixing my personal opinions if I teach at university in the future.

 

Jigsaw method in teaching: this approach about collection of various pieces that come together to make  a complete picture, and its learning strategy allows individuals or small groups to become responsible for subcategory of large topic. Then each group or individual has responsibility to teach it to rest the class.

Class Discussion of Teaching Method:  This approach was important to me because students build on each other’s ideas
and provide suggestions to each other.
They usually involve dividing learners into groups of 3-5 and providing 1 or more
questions or topics to discuss. And,  discussion topics should not be too specific or too broad. Also, an excellent method of connecting with others in the class.
However, it helps students see different perspectives on topics. this approach has 
 disadvantages are that it can be hard to stay on task and keep up with the
discussion. Furthermore, some students may not have time to contribute.

 Problem Solving and Case Study Method in Teaching: both methods have their strengths and weaknesses and are useful for different learning objectives. Problem-solving focuses more on creating solutions, while the case study method is more focused on understanding the problem's context and learning from others who have solved similar problems. Choosing the right approach requires a deep understanding of the material and a clear definition of learning objectives. Effective teaching requires a balance of both methods properly leveraged for the right learning objectives.

Blended Learning: 
Using blended learning models keep in mind that its aim is to combines the strategies of both traditional and online learning methods in order to give your students are more engaging learning experience this method useful for teaching, but it is not interested for me. 

 Academic Field Trip: this method of teaching is effective, in groups, students take a trip to learn something. This approach was effective for me because the student has direct contact with the subjects, strengthens social skills, activates learning skills. There are two types (nature, culture). The advantages are that students love to study more because they see things realistically and are able to understand more. The disadvantages are that it is expensive and difficult to control so many students. 

 Field Exercises: This presentation was my group. I think we were successful in most aspects of the presentation. And our teaching method is successful method and the student can be the center. This approach was effective for me because the student has direct contact with the subjects, strengthens social skills, activates learning skills 

Developing of Low Cost and Free Materials: It is an effective way to provide students with the opportunity to learn new things through acting. The teacher's role here is to set a number for the students to play. It is an enjoyable approach because it is playful and can be used by adults and children  This presentation was generally suitable for primary school children, more an educational teaching method, less of student center.
