Example would be maybe CSI / criminal minds.</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Newbies: someone who’s entering into the profession, maybe first day or first few months on the job. And trying to get firsthand experience&nbsp;</div><div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Masters: Been on the job for maybe 5-10 years a master at their job they understand their role and how they are a benefit to the team. And may also hold a higher position.<br><br></div>]]></description>
