It is easy to take going to school for granted as a girl going to school in America. But it was something that the women of the past fought hard to give to us. While it is still a luxury that is is not attained by all, we have made improvements. Those improvements were brought by women like Wollstonecraft who pioneered the way for the girls of the future to have the same shot as the boys in anything we want to do. Wollstonecraft sought to even the playing field. She wanted all women to have the same education given to any man. Wollstonecraft brought equality by bringing knowledge to women and even opened her own school. They wouldn't be able to form any opinions though because they couldn't go to school either. Wollstonecraft believed that women deserved the same chance as men. She believed that the only reason women couldn't prove their "equality" was because they weren't given the same opportunities.
