Bathing costumes which had been worn for occasional dips adapted for more active engagement in the sea. Women wore very short skirts or bathing dresses that showed more skin than in the past.</div>]]></description>

It was the time when women first abandoned the more restricting clothing of past years and began to wear more comfortable clothes such as short skirts or trousers. In the 1930's Canada's fashion paid attention at the shoulder, with butterfly sleeves and banjo sleeves. Men and women wore shoulder pads under their clothing creating a bigger look</div>]]></description>
