Separate out in paragraph any discussion of context of your interpretation or explicit evaluation of it.
Be specific about Jamaica whenever you can – particularly with Historians who write more broadly.
Can you be as precise as possible in the nature, extent and pace of change identified.

Extent – How much change was there?
Pace – When did it happen? Was it immediate/short term change or long-term slow change?
