Our project, established with founding partners from Turkey and the Republic of Moldova, has a total of 22 partners: 10 from Turkey, 5 from Moldova, 2 from Italy, 2 from Portugal, and 3 from Romania. This project brings together vocational students from different countries to explore their future career paths. Through self-assessment, research, interviews, resume creation, and digital collaboration, students will gain insight into their professional options and develop essential skills for employability. The project includes activities such as virtual job fairs, video resumes, meetings with professionals, and final portfolios. Students will collaborate in teams of diverse nationalities, improve their language and digital literacy, and develop a clearer vision of their career journeys. We started this project, which we will enrich with wonderful events, in October.

Working in multinational teams, students will enhance their communication, language, digital, and teamwork skills while building meaningful intercultural connections.

By enriching the project with creative and enjoyable activities, students will develop a clearer vision of their future careers, increase their self-confidence, and become better prepared for the opportunities and challenges of the modern workforce. This project aims to inspire young people to make informed career choices and actively shape their professional futures.

We were very pleased to see their interest and enthusiasm as we informed them about many topics such as international collaborations, cultural interaction, digital skills, and foreign language development.

Questa volta l'obiettivo è strettamente legato all'orientamento. Il Progetto ha riunito studenti provenienti da differenti paesi europei per esplorare i loro futuri percorsi di carriera. Attraverso l'autovalutazione, la ricerca, le interviste, la creazione di curriculum vitae e la collaborazione digitale, gli studenti hanno acquisito una maggiore consapevolezza delle loro opzioni professionali e hanno sviluppato competenze chiave per l'occupabilità. Il progetto prevede attività come fiere del lavoro virtuali, video curriculum, incontri con professionisti e portfolio finali. I ragazzi hanno collaborato in team multinazionali, migliorando le loro competenze linguistiche e digitali e svilupando una visione più chiara del loro percorso professionale.
