My first impression of James J. Hill was the honest tone when speaking about life. He told you how he straight fowardly felt. Although, he didn´t say give up but he told you basicslly how your decisions affect your outcome. He openly expressed how your success is inflicted by decisions as well. Also, he states you will always lose, I think this means you will have those times in life where you fail.

All he did was make false promises just so he didn't have to pay people.

He lead people into believing that life would be better if they helped him in building the Great Northern Railway. He promised them land and success, but this was never to be. It is because of this, and a variety of other factors, he became the most hated person in America.

It contains taking a test then Failing it and attempting it again. Working has to stay consistent to get what you want. Maybe this quote isn't the best way to represent James J. Hill. He didn't have the most respect for his workers so saying that working was his top priority is false.

Hill is that he will give you his honest opinion about a topic, which could lead to him coming off as a rude person when truly it May not be meant to come out so harsh. He believes that there is only one way to achieve success in life and that if you don't make much money you'll fail and there will be no way to redeem yourself. I think that James J. Hill should have been more open-minded to other ways of life because not everyone was rich like him but still lived a good life and considered themselves successful.
(I used the quote that you posted, Success/Failure).

I feel like James J. Hill was a very observant person, who just watched stuff happen with a thought of it about to happen. He could pick out who would be successful and who would fail all in the way you act. Being able to tell who is going in the right and wrong direction is very smart because you can choose who you want to hang around to better yourself. James J. Hill has to know how to tell the two between which is something other people should know that way they can fix their path from being in the wrong to being in the right mindset.

My first impression of James J. Hill is that he is realistic and honest. He doesn’t sugarcoat it at all because in the real world life is difficult and unfair. In a world where money and resources are the most important, if you can’t save your money for things you need to live, then you won’t be able to reach your goal. You need money for necessities, so if you spend too much on other things you won’t be able to invest in your future goals. If you do save that money then you will have a much better shot of succeeding, and if you don’t you will have a better chance of starting over and trying again. I think that he will always tell you his honest opinion, and I agree with him. It's for the better to make people who will fail think they have hope so they can fix the problem early or choose a different path before it’s too late.

Hill

I think this quote shows you that he was an expecially wise and stern person. Most of his quotes are pretty straightforward and a bit harsh. James J. Hill also seemed very money-hungry, he always cared about who was rich or poor. Instead of the more important matters in the country. So to me, James J. Hill was a selfish person. He wants a distinct separation between the rich and the poor and him being who he was put in a more favorable situation than most people because of this.

He says if you cannot make a good decision to help your company then you might as well drop out.

He understood why the wealthy grew richer while the poor remained poor, and how the privileged ruled over the majority of the population. James J. He considered that hard sacrifices and dedication to one's aims were the keys to success. To my mind, he was a compassionate and generous person who just wanted to help others in their times of need.
