This method adds balance and rhythm to sentences giving ideas a smoother flow

Syntax – a set of rules in a language, which shows how
different parts of a sentence are put together in such an order that it conveys
a complete thought. Syntax affects nature of a prose text as well. It enhances
its meanings and contributes toward its tone. Generally, quickness, decisiveness,
and speed are added to a text by using short phrase, clause, and sentences.

Rhetorical Question:
a question asked just
for the effects or to lay emphasis on some point discussed when no real answer
is expected. The idea becomes all the more powerful, and our interest is
aroused to read and enjoy the technical and aesthetic beauty a rhetorical
question generates. Moreover, it is a requirement in persuasive speeches.
