Household support fund gives supermarket vouchers to vulnerable members of NY. Need to put non-digital process in place in addition to current use to libraries. HSF currently run by Stronger Communities. Data analytics show QR code for voucher successful (40% uptake rate) but has been removed in a previous phase (3). Want to trial an infographic to enhance digital confidence. 

Timescales: Phase 4a begins in September - offer to provide light-touch consultancy for this phase. Phase 4b begins in December -BSU to begin work in September to support Phase 4b.
