         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Current involvement: </strong>Focus groups/insight gathering completed. JC to provide training to PH staff completing analysis in July/August. Analysis to be completed end of September, JC to provide support role. EW to work with RE developing service specification and psychological input into service/potential subcontracting arrangements. Psych element of service to be piloted, so potentially some BSU input into evaluating effectiveness/feasibility of approach, and refining offer (to be completed in 2024). <br><br><strong>Timescales:</strong> Service Spec to be completed end of 2023, with new service in place Jan 2025. <br><br><strong>Outcomes: </strong>Commissioning case study/new service by Jan 2025.</div>]]></description>

Want to trial an infographic to enhance digital confidence.&nbsp;<br><br>Timescales: Phase 4a begins in September - offer to provide light-touch consultancy for this phase.          <title>Practice Team/Adult Social Care 7 Key Improvement Areas</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>HASLT in December 2023 very supportive. RW suggested working with RB/AB/KS to scope work further, with initial focus on 7 KIAs including Back to Basics, Carers, and Direct Payments.</p><p><br/></p><p>EW attended Practice Team Meeting to provide intro to BSU and highlight potential collaborations- team very supportive. </p><p><br/></p><p>EW working with Caroline Lighten (Head of Practice) to scope work further. Attended first Back to Basics session to provide feedback, and has been invited to ASCLT CCPD (coordinating work around 7 KIAs).</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Next steps: EW to develop plan of how BSU can support 7 KIAs by end of April.</strong></p>]]></description>
