The cause of change is probably because there are a lot of good painters in Singapore but they are unable to showcase their artistic talents to the eyes of the public . Some of them are interested in graffitti but it is an offence to draw graffitti on public properties. 

There are people in Singapore who consume , love and understand Arts by nature.
