Jase Rossi. 6'1" Caucasian male who is studying accounting Michigan State University. Works as an assistant at a local firm as well as an Uber driver. Has medium length brown hair,  brown eyes, and was wearing khaki shorts, a golf shirt, and tennis shoes on the day of Piper's death. Says that he was going to pick up a few Uber customers, but that he was canceled on and was back in his condo shortly afterwards. At around 7:00PM, Jase Rossi entered the building after being let in by other staff that were leaving for the day. Jase had received a letter from Leroy after dinner along with a package containing percocet that was supposed to be delivered to a customer. Jase, feeling fed up with Leroy's blackmail, did not deliver this package and instead took the drug for himself, leaving some in the pocket of his cotton shorts. After Jase had done this, he planned to find Piper at her place of work and confront her about driving himself and Charlie apart. Piper opened the door for Jase without the need for a keycard, and the two argued over Charlie as well as Jase's possible relapse with drug use. The argument turned violent, and Piper shoved Jase into the lab table, ripping his pocket on the corner of the table in the process. This left the cotton fiber as well as the percocet powder and the letter at the scene. To steady himself, Jase put his hand on the table, leaving a fingerprint. In a fit of rage, Jase picked up the scissors found at the scene by the blade and stabbed Piper in the head, killing her. This left Piper's blood on the floor, as well as Jase's blood on the scissors due to picking it up by the sharp blade.
