I think humans are partly blamed for leaving their food out because the seagulls could get things they cant have like plastic, but if humans leave food out there then the seagulls would actually be able to eat it. 1. Humans could be communications through social media to help these birds. Scientists who know when the birds would be coming in might inform people via social platforms so they could leave food for the seagulls.
