This Research will be done on how fertilizer helps the plant to grow, and what type of fertilizer (natural or chemical) is best for the plant itself.

The Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Government of Mexico explains that fertilizers are substances rich in nutrients, in order to improve the development of crops.

One of the objectives of this research is to find a fertilizer that will fulfill its role of helping the plant to grow without harming the plant or the ecosystem. Therefore, thanks to this research, an experiment will be carried out in which the fertilizers investigated will be tested in order to solve the doubt of which fertilizer is better for the plant and its growth.

There are two types of fertilizers, the natural or also called organic and the chemical, as mentioned above.

the website plantperfect.com. explains about these two fertilizers:

The chemical fertilizer is a fertilizer that gives the plant all the necessary nutrients it needs and generates a high growth rate. But it also points out that chemical fertilizer does not really improve the long-term health of your soil. In comparison to the natural fertilizer, which does provide a healthier soil and even the plant itself, it does not generate a faster growth rate because the amount of nutrients, that this fertilizer provides, is not very high.Returning to the previously mentioned topic of soil health, the Bibloteca del congreso nacional de Chile indicates that although chemical fertilizers help plant growth faster, they generate consequences such as ground water contamination, air pollution, biological imbalance, and so on.

Considering the biological characteristics that a plant needs in order to grow, depending on the type of fertilizer given to the plant (corn and wheat), it will be affected positively or negatively in its growth and quality. Chemical fertilizer is expected to have a greater effect on plant growth than organic fertilizer.
The objective of this experiment is to determine if fertilizers promote plant growth, and if so, which one is more efficient.

The first group (A1, A2, ) will be with organic fertilizer which will only be applied once and will be watered every day, data will be taken every 4 days. The second group (B1, B2), will not have any type of fertilizer, this one will only have the normal soil, this group will also be watered every day. Finally, the last group ( C1, C2) will have chemical fertilizer which will only be applied once, this group will have the same water as the previous (25 millimeters) daily and a sun exposure of about 6 hours. Every 4 days the growth of the plant will be measured to see which fertilizer has the most influence on the growth. All this data will be compiled in a table made in Excel. After 4 weeks all the data will be compiled and a comparison of the results will be made.

Fertilizers are organic or inorganic substances that contain nutrients for the well being and growth of the plant. For years it has been discussed which of these two types of fertilizers is better for the development of the crop, due to this problem an experiment was conducted to check which fertilizer (organic or inorganic) helps the plant in a more efficient way. Thirty plants were used, 12 of which were corn and 18 were wheat, these were divided into 3 different groups A, B and C, in which A contained the plants with chemical fertilizer, B with the plants with organic fertilizer and C with the plants without any type of fertilizer. The experiment lasted a total of 4 weeks and data were taken on a total of 4 days. The final result was that the organic fertilizer is the one that helps more to the development of the plant. Our hypothesis was incorrect since we thought that the inorganic fertilizer would be more efficient, but according to the theory, the chemical fertilizer ends up causing damage to the plant and even killing and contaminating it, that is why the plants with organic fertilizer reached a greater development in the results of this experiment, thus being able to answer the initial question.

In conclusion of this experiment, the plant with no fertilizer was the one with less growth among the three of them. From the investigation, it was determined that organic fertilizer is the better option for plant growth. To summarize everything, the fertilizer that had a better impact was the organic or natural fertilizer. In future experiments, it is important to use a bigger flowerpot or use a smaller quantity of plants in order to have future results.

The proposed hypothesis indicates that since the chemical fertilizer provides the plant with the missing nutrients, it would help the development of the plant in a better way.

On the other hand, according to theory, organic fertilizer helps the plant in a healthier and more beneficial way because it provides natural nutrients such as potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen. Thanks to this fertilizer, soils are not affected.

What we should see in the experiment is that chemical fertilizers eventually end up contaminating and damaging the plant over time. The process that is affected is cellular respiration, since thanks to the glucose produced in the photosynthesis process, it is then modified with the nutrients that the plant receives thanks to the organic fertilizer, thus generating its own proteins and lipids.

But instead what the experiment tells us is that plant groups B (with organic fertilizer) were the ones that showed greater development in the plant than groups A and C that had chemical fertilizer and no type of fertilizer.

In this regard we can see that in the experiment under chemical fertilizer, although the plants begin to grow linearly in the first weeks, towards the last weeks we see that the growth is not very great, which shows that although the fertilizer helps, if we compare with organic fertilizer, its result is not very efficient.
In the case of the plants in which we did not add any fertilizer, we can see after two weeks of growth, 3 of the 5 plant samples from the main sample (C1) died.

The opposite is seen in the case of plants subjected to organic fertilizers where the experiment did not show any case of plant death and, on the contrary, their growth increased, with great growth in the last week, obtaining the best results.
