*One thing I have seen a lot of tiktok teachers talking about is a secret student of the day to watch them and make sure they are following the classroom rules and expectations and if they are not you do not need to share the students name, but if that student did well with following the plan and expectations they get a reward like if you have a prize box, stickers, or points to give out.
