         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose the EBP of Classroom Check Up. Going into the websites I did not know what I wanted to choose there are a lot of options. I looked around clearing house for a while then settled into the University of Missouri website and clicked into their behavior interventions. I found the most interest in this area and knew that there would be good articles based around classroom management. This is such an important thing to focus on in your classroom so that each students feels they are being heard.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When selling this EBP to admin first mentioning that for classroom management you will build the rules and expectations of the classroom with the students and if the school gives you aspects for the students to follow mentioning that you will implement those into the conversation to make sure they are apart of your classroom expectations.<br><br>Also telling the school that the forms students will fill out for check ins are not required for them to make only for approval to make sure they are fitting into and or cover the curriculum.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Starting the year by making the list of expectations for the classroom and making sure you implement them all year long and not just making them at the beginning of the year.<br>*One thing I have seen a lot of tiktok teachers talking about is a secret student of the day to watch them and make sure they are following the classroom rules and expectations and if they are not you do not need to share the students name, but if that student did well with following the plan and expectations they get a reward like if you have a prize box, stickers, or points to give out.<br><br>When using check in forms making it a known process and going over the expectations for how to do it by using the I do We do You do model. You can also fill these out with students.</div>]]></description>
