It allows us to grow in our understanding of someone different. It allows us to create an inclusive environment. Managing differences means being aware of and addressing the foundation of cultural differences. This includes recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds of others. Lastly, you should be able to adapt to the different cultural needs of those around you. Be flexible and open to new ideas and approaches.
