I am currently enrolled at MATC for my Associate of Arts and have intentions on continuing my education at UWM or another 4-year university to perhaps major in something related to biomedical sciences. I'm honestly just happy to see where life takes me as I dive further into my interests and passions. Growing up, you could usually find me doodling on any type of canvas I could find; today you can find me doing the same. In high school I was able to really hone in on learning about art and how to use it as a way to tell stories about any and everything. Illustration became my favorite "type" of art to create, and I often found myself incorporating what I was learning in my art classes to the rest of my academics - especially English. My favorite types of books to read are autobiographies and graphic novels. My favorite book is probably the graphic novel "Death" by Neil Gaiman, however, I am a big fan of the "Amory Wars" graphic novel series written by Claudio Sanchez and a few other members of the band "Coheed and Cambria". All of their songs are written about the stories from comics, which adds a whole another level of storytelling!

I'm currently in my last semester, save a single course this summer, before I graduate MATC with an Associates in Business Management. My intentions are to go to UWM Lubar School of Business for my Bachelors in Business Information Technology Management. I'm a musician, a gamer, a husband, and a father. I enjoy many versions of classics. My favorite are the classic epic poems. This includes Beowulf, whose author is anonymous, Iliad and Odyssey by Homer, and the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri. I also enjoy some of Shakespeare's works, my favorite of which are Othello and Henry V. I have also recently had the pleasure of reading The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. I highly recommend this book. I also enjoy sci-fi authors such as Orson Scott Card, Phillip K. Dick, and Isaac Asimov. I really enjoyed the Song of Fire and Ice series by George R. R. Martin. Many of you know it by its HBO screenplay, Game of Thrones. Another fantastic series for fantasy is the Forgotten Realms series based on Dungeons and Dragons. There are well over 100 of these books in total that build a massive multiverse of lore that changes the way you look at the tabletop game. If any of you have played the video games Baldur's Gate or Neverwinter Nights, these are based on part of this series and were books by R.A. Salvatore.
