         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>It all started in 1940 when two brothers <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_and_Maurice_McDonald">Richard and Maurice McDonald</a> were trying to make their own popular fast food service. They begin with opening a hot dog stand in Pasadena, California. <br><br></div><div>Soon they decided to open their<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McDonald%27s_No._1_Store_Museum"> own restaurant in Arizona in 1953</a>. The original mascot was called “ Speedee”  but later replaced as “ Ronald McDonald” so the company could trademark mascot. The next came with ‘’M” logo. The logo was pretty cheap but still used at McDonald today. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> </div><div><strong>There are three objectives of the report:</strong>  </div><div><strong>1.  Retention levels<br></strong><br></div><div><a href="http://fortune.com/2015/04/01/mcdonalds-worker-pay/">While fast-food workers across the country plan protests over their wages later this month in July 2015  at U.S .</a>  Normal rate is from $9.01 and it will increase to $9.90 in 1 July, while the average of wage will jump up to $ 10 at the end of 2016. <br><br>65% of employees in McDonald is under 18 years old. Therefore, they get paid a tiny wages and when they turn to 18, the company trying to mininise  their working hours in order to reduce the labour cost. Very few of them will be kept for the higher position, although moving to higher position there's no clear pathway for their development career.<br><br></div><div><strong>2.</strong> Training and labour crisis<br><strong><br>-Low skill:</strong> there are many younger worker which hard to training and spent more time on training them.<br>-<strong>Low pay:</strong>  A workforce comprised primarily of high school-aged workers could be a nightmare to manage.  Normal rate  $9.01 and it will increase to $9.90 in 1 July, while the average of wage will jump up to $ 10 at the end of 2016. </div><div>-<strong>Dead end: </strong> there are no benefits or room for improvement. Providing training for young employees not only help them to work more efficient but also help the growth of the business. Paying the right amount for their hard working time to produce productivity environment, happy employees which can bring the business to achieve their goals <br><br></div>]]></description>
