Through the topic of self-care, I was able to reflect on myself and I realized that nobody will care, love, and take care of me first but myself. I must be the first one to take care of myself because I cannot give what I do not have. I must be happy and have a positive disposition in life so that I can spread joy and positivity to my family, friends, teachers, and those who depend on me.  The topic SHARED LEADERSHIP reminds me of the School-Based Management system which is the system of school management that emerged along with the K to 12 curricula and I truly believe in the said system because I believe in the shared leadership. I just hope that all other principals  be able to determine the SBM and the so-called shared leadership to help them “manage” their schools. There are no more I’s today… but WE.
