As can be seen from the given pictures, the basic layout of the village is still the same, with the road in the middle and houses in the west and pagoda and school in the east.

In the west, there were not many changes in ten years, although there were a few significant ones. While the houses were still the same but equipped with satellite dishes, the market was extended and refurbished. Moreover, in the southwest of the picture, the authorities built a new BTS( Base Transceiver Station) to support the local residents’ life. Besides, a dirty and rocky road of 2005 was completely gone, and it was replaced by a more modern and cleaner asphalt road. On the roadside of a new asphalt road, a new line of electric poles were established, to light the road and also bring more efficient electricity for people in the area.

A number of noticeable changes were seen in the eastern side of the village. In 2005, there were only 2 primary schools in the compound up in the northeast corner, but a decade later, a secondary school was added to the compound, with an addition of flag poles. It can be seen that two houses on the side of the road were demolished, and two new traffic signs were placed next to two old houses. Finally, in the southwest area of the village, the old and big pagoda no longer exist, thus, it was replaced by two small ones; one next to the existing pagoda and the other was next to the entrance gate of the compound.

Overall, the village underwent several significant changes, such as the upgraded infrastructure with roads, the power and telecommunication systems, along with construction and renovation of some areas

On the left of the village, the number of houses remained constant. However, many of which were equipped with satellite dishes instead of antennas. In terms of the market, the number of merchandise stalls increased considerably to 8, and they were rearranged into two separated rows. In addition, on the blank space next to the market, two base transceiver stations were constructed, which showed the upgradation of the telecommunication system. Besides, the road of Pancha village was reconstructed with two separate lanes, along with the asphalt and the signage system. Moreover, the village was also equipped with the power lines next to the road. 

With respect to the right side, the former primary school was renovated to an inter-level school with three buildings. Furthermore, two of three houses in the vicinity of the school were demolished, and the pagoda was reconstructed with three distinct buildings.

Overall, the village underwent a number of dramatic changes, the most important of which is the fact that electricity poles were  added and old aerials were replaced by new satellite dishes, which made it a more modern place.

In the northwest, houses were equipped with modern satellite dishes in or order to receive better TV signal. The market in the close vicinity of the houses became larger and sold more products to offer the need of the resident. The road in the middle of the village was widened and modernised, which made it safer and more convenient. Two base transceiver stations and 6 electricity pole was added in close proximity of the new road, which is the biggest change to make Pancha a more modern village.

In the southeastern area, the location of the pagodas in the pagoda complex has been change, making room for adding one more pagoda. Two houses nearby the pagoda complex has been demolished. The school area was fully reconstructed, with the addition of a secondary school and a flag pole in the middle of the compound.    

In the western area of the village, 3 out of 4 houses which were equipped with the arial replaced the equipment with new satellite dishes.  Below the residential dwellings, the market has been increased from 5 to 8 and reorganized into 2 rows, so as it looked more clearly instead of being located randomly. Two radio poles has been added in the south east in order to catch more signal.

In the middle of the village, the old bumpy road has been modernized into a much smoother road being created by cement with the addition number of traffic signs and a new line of electric poles . To the north east of the village, 2 buildings that are primary school has been reconstructed into 3 buildings with an flag pole in the middle, where secondary school has been added in order to acquire the studying demand of the village’s students. Finally, in the southwest area of the village, the old and big pagoda no longer exist, thus, it was replaced by two small ones; one next to the existing pagoda and the other was next to the entrance gate of the compound.

 

Overall, the village had undergone many dramatic changes, including the upgrades of many facilities, the modernization of the dirt road, and the renovation of the village’s school.

 

The houses in a residential area in the west of the village had been equipped with satellite disks for catching better signals for televisions. In the southwest of the village, there had been a reorganization for the market to make room for constructing two TV towers right below it. The road that separates the village into two sections had experienced a major upgrade with the addition of electricity polls and signs.

 

In the northeastern area of the village, the school had been renovated from being a primary school to serving the purpose of both primary school and secondary school. Two in three houses in the east had been deconstructed. The pagoda located in the southeastern area of the map had replaced the large building with two smaller ones.

Overall, the layout of the village remained unchanged. However, there had been a number of significant innovations in the infrastructure and facilities, the most important of which are the expansion of the road construction and the new established cable system.

In the north west of Pancha Village, the residential dwellings were equipped with the satellite dishes, replaced the old aerials in 2005. Meanwhile, the market area below was enlarged from few disorder shops to 8 shops in 2 rows, and there was a new base transciever station constructed opposite. Noticeably, the dirt road in the center was asphalted and modernized into a new two-lane road with traffic signs aside. Additionally, due to the electricity using demands, in 2015, the electricity poles were built along the main road to provide power needed.

To the east, the primary school area had gone through a renovation with the secondary school added for students in higher grades. There was a small changes in the housing area in this side that it became tinier, from 3 to only 1 house. Finally, the Buddhist temples in the south-east were transformed into 3 smaller pagodas.

Overall, Pancha Village had been significantly developed with the expansion of the road and the installation of cable system. Other changes were also made within its basic layout

to begin with, the rough soil road in the middle of the village in 2005 was changed to a larger bituminous one with additional road marks and traffic signs in 2015. additionally on the left side of the road, the number of buildings remained unchanged over the period though three of them upgraded from using antennas to satelite dishes. the marketplace below the houses was expanded and neatly rearrannged whereas a cable system along the road connected to the two base transeiver stations was established.

on the right side of the road, the primary school was split into a secondary school and primary school, a flagpole was added in the middle of the school yard. two houses was removed in the middle eastern part and the remaining one also replaced its antenna with a satelite dish. the pagoda complex undergo a few resizes from two buildings to 3 smaller ones.
