I love music so much, and seeing it live is a totally different feeling. You can feel the love of the music and the joy of everyone around you. I recommend everyone goes to a concert of at least a few of your favorite artists. This is from the Atomosphere concert I went to this summer. It has helped me mentally and physically, and I think everyone should do it. It can help with anxiety, depression, body pain, and it’s still exercise, just calmer. Yoga has really helped me be happier and a more grounded person. And I think it connects you with yourself again.
