The whole objective or aim of newspeak is literaly to destruct lenguage, the are getting to hte bone of lenguage, Newspeak is the langauge that each year is getting smaller and smaller.
Tought crimes are not going to be possible to make because there will be not words left to express the thoughts and words, against INGSOC, there only will be one word left and over time its subsidiary meaning will be abolished and forgotten, so human consciousness and vocabulary is getting each time little and little, the whole destruction of both Newspeak and Oldspeak is a process that is going to be made year by year and at the end there will not be words for people to express theirselfs not even thought crimes because if you dont have lenguage, vocubalury and tongue how are you going to be able to think, express and talk in different ways.
