In the movie Logan the main character James Howlet (A.K.A) Logan is just getting barley by in life he's becoming old and the super powers he was once given by reasearchers that benifited him are now wearing him down instead. The metal that was once fused into his body to make him invinsible to any harm by other people is now slowly killing him from inside and with this being said He witnesses pain on a day cycle and it won't stop because of his abillity to not die of age. Logan finds his super power to be a long and sickening joke that he believes is more of a curse than a blessing and with this being said he often feel's as if he is cought in some form of reality of torture and wants to be set free from his suffering just like that of the main purpose of the passage Allegory of the cave.
