         <description><![CDATA[<div>The cerebrum, which is the largest part of the brain, is responsible for thoughts, emotions, and senses like touch, taste, smell, and vision. It is what we use to think with.<br> During brain surgery, a surgeon has to be extremely <em>cautious</em>, or careful not to damage any part of the medulla.
