There is nothing we HAVE to do but we, and others, have many ideas and thoughts about our work. Juggling these ideas and accepting that we can't possibly please everyone and achieve everything we want to is a challenge. Lots of work seems to fall onto Community, because no other teams seem suitable. We've started enabling everyone on the community team to be able to do more, including decision making and trouble-shooting. This is to put less stress on other teams (e.g. marketing and p&o). This is also so that in the following years, when a new team takes over community, they can continue our work rather than start all over. (important point: all directors should think about the hand-over process.
