- I did some preparation which is write patient's name and other information on the blood test form.

-Put the tube that contain blood in the right plastic and also insert the form at once.

-The steps must be doing to pass to the lab for the result. When all the blood test were taken, I give to the lab worker that come to collect it.

-I was assigned to mark on a lab form when the lab worker came to collect.

-Writing the number of how much blood test were taken, what time the blood were collected and had to write down a signature as it means our clinic agreed to hand over to the lab.

- Counting each amount of medicine for making sure it matches with our clinic ordered.

- Taking out all medicines to help pharmasict arrange in the rack.

- Put the invoice in a box provided.

- Inform patient about the price of treatment that they want to know.

- Paste receipts of debit payment in the logbook and write patient’s name on the receipt at once.

Other than that I was assigned to count some pils of medicine and pack into another bottle for the patients.
- Help staff to collect rubish and throw in dustbin at the end of work hour.

- Welcoming patients that come and registered before entering consultation room.

- Asking for patient’s Identity Card (IC) for those who never come and ask for phone number to save in the patients record.

- For regular patients, I just need to ask them to read their IC because their data were already saved in our system.

- Interact with patient about the purpose of coming to write in the system.

- Calling patient’s name one by one according to it que in the system.

- Before closing our clinic I was assigned to ensure the desk clean.

- Help to collect all rubbish to throw into the big dustbin outside of the clinic.

- I was assigned to handle front desk, which is registration counter.

- Ask patients their problems and register patient to save their record in the system.

- Calling patients follow the que in systems.

- Once consultation is done, I was assigned to handle the payment.

- Manage payment by receive money, giving their balance with right amount.

- Prepare the bills

- Help doctor to print Medicine Certificate (MC)

- At front desk, I receive any parcel which is sometimes it was medicine that order by doctor.

- Inform the pharmasict about the medicine for them to update in system.

- At the end of work hour, I was assigned to make sure lamps and aircond to be turn off before going back

- Answering phone calls from customer that ask about medical checkup.

- Inform patients the price that they want to know throught phone calls.

- Besides that, receive blood test result from lab. 

- Give patient’s blood test to the lab worker.

- Mark the total of blood test, time taken and chopped the sign of clinic on the lab form.

- Handle payment from patients once the treatment and consultation is done.

- Print bills of receipt and give to patients.

- Assist patient to get Myofirm 3rd session today.

- Prepare treatment room such as switch on light and aircond and turn on the machines.

- Help patient to do treatment

- Set and mark the machine according to customer’s age and part of body that they choose to burn fat.

- Let the patient get the treatment in 30 minutes.

- In the 30 minutes, I must check the system for running smoothly and ask the customer’s condition.
- After the treatment, I need to turn off machines and ask customer to consult with doctor.
- I had to make sure the treatment room is clean and fold blanket that use for customer during Myofirm treatment.
- Besides that, I help doctors to order medicine in the application.
