As part of this dialogue, in 2021 we are piloting a series of Climate conversations to feed directly into the Climate Action Plan (CAP) 2021 and the wider National process. Young people can feed into the conversations in two ways;  

  1. Online climate conversations (Survey) about their own individual views on climate change or;  
  2. Via the local Comhairle Conversations. The local Comhairle conversations are focused on local climate change issues, and how to encourage behaviour change to address these issues.        
         
We will invite participants to share what they are doing in their own communities or homes.  We would welcome their suggestions on how to encourage new behaviours at a local level - focusing on areas where they can have an impact- travel, home, shopping and recycling, food and environment. 
                         
The findings along with inputs from other local organisations, and the public consultation will be included in the Climate Action Plan 2021 deliberations and shared with their Local Authorities.
