Guided reading is now being taught well in the lower school. It has been challenging regarding time management with a class of Year 1 children who need a lot in the first half term and it is something I will need to reflect on with a view to teaching next year as at times it was overwhelming. I have had an impact of the data for DC1 which is looking more positive then it has in recent years which is due to the efforts we have put in. 

I am learning to be an effective leader and I really enjoyed the process of creating an action plan as it allowed me to focus my intentions of the year, giving me a measured goal to demonstrate my impact further.
