The course will be using a combination of relevant academic articles and resources from the best industry platforms such as Hubspot, Hootsuite, SEMRush, and Sprout Social.

For in-class activities and projects, we'll be using Miro boards and Hubspot CRM, an all-in-one marketing automation platform. You will be able to visualize your customer journeys, create personas and impact maps, analyze touchpoints in multi-channel interactions relevant to marketing strategies.

Each week on Monday you will find updates on Canvas about the content, learning goals, industry experts and tools that we will be using in the following week. The course is structured around the following interrelated activities: 
1. One weekly 3-hour class that includes: one hour lecture and 2-hour workshop. You will learn and apply both theoretical and practical aspects of digital marketing through a combination of pre-recorded short lectures, guest speaker sessions, and skill-based workshops. Due to the applied nature of the course, attendance is expected at all scheduled activities. 
We will ask you to watch video mini-lectures before we meet in class.
2. 6-9 hrs of self-study (readings/course assignments)
