The united states would spend an lot of money on big sings and it will take an long time to tear down the old sings down that is why I think the united states dose not swich to the metric system.

The customary and metric system both have positive and negative side though like one positive side for the customary would be that the US is used to it and know how to use it but a negative side would be that its an old system and harder to convert from inches to feet and feet to inches. The metric system has positive and negative sides to here`s one positive side is its easier to convert from cm to m and m to cm and i don`t really think there`s a negative side for the metric system other than the fact the fact it would be hard to learn a whole new system for the US.
