One of the things that makes me unique is that I’m a self-taught hairstylist. Hair styling has always been a passion of mine, and I’ve worked hard to develop my skills through practice, research, and a lot of creativity.

In 2024, I officially launched my own hair business! It’s been such an incredible journey to turn something I love into something I can share with others. Starting this business has taught me so much about dedication, entrepreneurship, and the value of making people feel confident in themselves.

Mental Health

One social issue that is really important to me is mental health. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, but it doesn’t always get the attention or resources it deserves. A lot of people are struggling in silence because of stigma or a lack of support.

One of the most memorable social events for me was attending NCAT's New Student Orientation (NSO). It was such a welcoming and inspiring experience, meeting new people and learning about all the opportunities available at NCAT. That event really set the tone for my journey and made me feel like I was part of something amazing
