         <description><![CDATA[<p>Why Is Chicken The GOAT</p><p>"Chicken is a complex protein"</p><p>Chicken contains all nine essential amino acids which support brain function, fitness, and overall health.</p><p><br/></p><p>Chicken is mainly used to meet fitness goals. "Chicken is very lean in protein" well mainly boneless chicken breast. Boneless chicken breast is one of the leanest protein sources.</p><p><br/></p><p>What makes chicken the number one protein source.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Salads are known for their nutrients. They contain vitamins A, C and K found in leafy greens and vibrant vegetables. Some salads have antioxidants from ingredients such as tomatoes which help combat stress. Leafy greens including kale and spinach are rich in iron and calcium. Salads have a lot of fiber in them. </p><p>Salads have a key role in weight management. they're low in calories but high with fiber. According to Senior Fitness "Many salads are nutrient-dense, providing essential vitamins and minerals while keeping calorie counts low. Also, incorporating healthy fats, like avocado or nuts, can enhance satiety, making it easier to resist unhealthy cravings (Andrea Silvey)".</p><p>Salads not only help your skin look healthy they make you feel good as well.
