The first asset this neighborhood provides is it's beautiful campus, Westminster University. This private college adds beauty, a sense of community, and activity which the residents can feel good about. Not only is the college beautiful but the church bells ring every hour. This college adds many assets to the community of Sugar House.

Sinclair Gas Station

Sinclair gas station on 1300 E 1700 S brings resources close to the community. Not only can you get gas but it is located right across the street from Westminster University. This gas station brings in many locals from the community. I saw many students, older people, and all sorts of other people in the gas station. It felt very local and cool for a gas station.

Allen Park

One of the most beautiful things I found within this community was Allen Park. This historical park is located right across the street from Westminster University. One of the coolest things i've seen is a peacock hanging out in the park. No idea what the peacock is there for but was a cool sight regardless. This asset inn the community brings historic culture along with beauty.

Blaine Natural Area

What a beautiful, easy to get to trail. Along my way through the neighborhood I went up Blaine Ave and found a trail leading the a river. Right in a neighborhood appeared this gem of a spot. Not only would it be great from walking your dog but maybe even just a quick getaway to clear your mind. Very peaceful spot with natural running water. This was also one of my favorite spots I visited within the community.
