1. FTU2 is lack of requirements: COLD/SWEETEN/ CAFEINE/ TASTY/ UNIQE drinks that are relatively affordable to a large amount of students

2. Cost of plastic cups is cheap ➡️ most places use to sell, not have any other better choice

3. No policies + programs for plastic waste/ pouring shop's drink into personal bottles ➡️not having crowd effect

4. A few stores claim that they cannot measure the amount of water accurately when it is poured into different types of containers brought by customers (if poured from a plastic cup or sold, there is an additional charge for the cup).

5. Some types of colored drinks, when stored in certain types of thermos bottles, can damage the inner lining of the bottle.

6. If colored drinks other than water are stored in the bottle, it is important to clean it promptly. ➡️ often concerned about leaving a smell in the bottle; FTU2 not have sufficient facilities + washing in WC is not a good choice

7. Some tote bags / hand bags not designed fit personal bottles

8. The bag becomes heavier, and carrying it back and forth becomes more cumbersome.

9. When busy or in a hurry to leave, they often don't bring it along (except for those who must use a personal bottle).

10. Smaller-sized bottles only hold a part amount of drink compared to plastic cup; and larger bottles are heavier to carry

11. Care must be taken if the bottles is of high value

12. High workload and students don't have skills to manage their work and study ➡️ high demand for drinks outside

• Restrictions: Almost this machine will be next to the tubs, the water will flow underneath the tub, and share the water supply of the tub ➡️ You have to find a suitable and convenient location for students who have available water sources, for example, a lavabo on the ground floor of your teacher's place, and you still don't know how to install it.

• How to measure impact if installed: how often students come to use, survey and compare the level of use of individual vessels, the efficiency of the machine

• At the same time, if it carries the FTU2 brand, students might be a bit more interested --> not having any people who can embroider FTU2 logo

• Disadvantages:
  
  A lot of them don't need much, because they're mostly carrying a lot, but they need an extra hand to carry --> I don't think anyone's got a lot of trouble with space, so they need to spend some extra money on the bag.

Drawbacks:

• Limited target audience: Primarily caters to students who do not need to use their water bottles outside of school, potentially resulting in low usage.

• Additional time commitment: Students who usually prepare their water bottles at home may find refilling at the station time-consuming.

• Requirement for proper hygiene facilities: The school must provide a designated area for cleaning and sanitizing water bottles to ensure hygiene.

Additional considerations:

• Location: The refill station should be strategically placed in high-traffic areas, such as hallways, cafeterias, or libraries, for easy accessibility.

• Design: The station should be designed to accommodate various water bottle sizes and styles.

• Promotion: The school should promote the use of the refill station to encourage students to adopt eco-friendly practices and reduce reliance on single-use plastic bottles.

• Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) for a Discount (Specific policy details to be discussed later)

• Pick up points to pick up the bag later.

• Disadvantages: If you want a collab to have a common benefit, or if you want to have more students (the nearby clubs won't need much) / The club compensates itself for some of the discounts (because you save money on plastic glasses anyway)

• Per you're part-time (because of your need for vitamin for good health, which you should stimulate positively rather than negatively)

• Is it sustainable? Yes, if the club is long-term with this campaign + if you don't sell more water then collab with another is better

• Keep and use carefully to avoid damage, loss.

• The limitation is that students don't really need a high-value vessel, they just need to take advantage of the vessel's function.
