If we speak about me, I can say that having a treehouse is one of the most exiting dream I've ever had. Actually I don't think that house like that have any disadvantages. Thats why ill speak about advantages. 
 To start with, I can say that natural beauty is my passion! When I was a kid I spent a huge amount of my leisure time being in the forest, watching birds. Then one of the most important thing for me is being alone. I can't stand being with people more than 1-2 hours a day. Thats why I hope ill buy this house.

As you can understand these houses are fully made from ice. There are everything from ice: beds, cups, tables, chairs.  
As I know these houses are put in a one complex, in a one hotel complex. If you want to be warm, hotel will provide you hot chocolate(if you're younger than 18), or vodka (if you're older than 18). All this you will drink from cups/shot glasses, which are fully made from ice. Hotel provides you skin of a deer to sleep on it.

Would I live in this type of house or not? Let’s talk about advantages and disadvantages! 
·        First of all without doubts it an interesting architectural construction. But in the same time it’s very popular tourist sight, so there are a lot of tourists every day, so you can’t relax and do whatever you want. 
·        Secondly, these houses are very cramped, so you can’t have a lot of interior things there or invite a big company of friends. Also you need special furniture, which will be by the size. 
·        In the third, I think that there is very warm in summer, ‘cause there is no roof or something like that. It’s only a cube, which is turned on one side.     

So, I see that we found more disadvantages then advantage and I think that answer on my question “Would I live in this type of house or not?” will be “No, thanks”. It’s just my opinion and if you will ask me: “Why” - the answer will be: “Because I prefer to live in suburb, but one with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs. The “Cube” houses more favorable for students, who spend a lot of time outdoors, who don’t want to spend time for the road to the city center, who like some kind of “traffic”. I like quietness and cosiness, so that’s why a “cube” house not for me”.

Like all modern people I want to stand out and the best way to do it is to have an unusual house. I personally would like to live in island house and that’s why.

First of all you can fish out of the window. Then there are no noise neighbors around. What is more it is very hard to robe you. And nally an excellent view opens from the every window of the house.

But this house would cost a great amount of money so I could never afford it. But one can always dream.
