• Our students are attending because of will.

• Most impactful for me, as a new principal is the monthly group meetings and networking with other principals.

• We try to adapt our instruction to what the goal of our students and needs are. We are customer satisfaction.

• Impactful leadership for my adults is the atmosphere. They come to stay and keep paying.

• Our lens are distorted. We think link traditional. We need to think about who we serve. Is our method of instruction meeting the needs of our students? I've been studying the competition. We make modifications and adjustments when the students show the need.

• The role of a principal has changed. The scope of our work has changed.

• We are challenged with security needs, attendance, academics, expectations, and assuring the assistant principals are competent to my expectations and the expectations of the district.

• My expectations, for next year, has already been set.

• The students will come to me as a principal and tell me what is going on in the classroom.

• Adult education students are 100% engaged. If the teacher is not working up to the students' expectation, the student will request their money back.

• As a principal, I must work as an assistant principal because my team is not as competent as they could be.
