         <description><![CDATA[<p>What has been most impactful to your leadership practices as a principal?</p><ul><li><p>What do you always see at a doctors' office at each visit? ~vs~ what do you always see or would like to see at your center?</p></li><li><p>Our students are attending because of will.</p></li><li><p>Most impactful for me, as a new principal is the monthly group meetings and networking with other principals.   </p></li><li><p>We try to adapt our instruction to what the goal of our students and needs are. We are customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Impactful leadership for my adults is the atmosphere.  They come to stay and keep paying.</p></li><li><p>Our lens are distorted.  We think link traditional.  We need to think about who we serve.  Is our method of instruction meeting the needs of our students? I've been studying the competition.  We make modifications and adjustments when the students show the need. </p></li><li><p>Some students are requesting an extended week or year. </p></li></ul><p>What is my biggest challenge?</p><p>     *I don't spend enough time in the classroom.</p><p>     *Are our assistant principals equipped to     i  </p><p>      inspect and see what I expect?</p><p>      *How can I utilize my time with visiting   </p><p>        classrooms and managing my professional </p><p>        time.  </p><p>      *What we expect in community school is a </p><p>         bit different on our campuses.  </p><ul><li><p>The role of a principal has changed. The scope of our work has changed.</p></li><li><p>We are challenged with security needs, attendance, academics, expectations, and assuring the assistant principals are competent to my expectations and the expectations of the district.</p></li><li><p>My expectations, for next year, has already been set.</p></li><li><p>The students will come to me as a principal and tell me what is going on in the classroom.  </p></li><li><p>Adult education students are 100% engaged.  If the teacher is not working up to the students' expectation, the student will request their money back.</p></li><li><p>As a principal, I must work as an assistant principal because my team is not as competent as they could be. </p></li></ul>]]></description>
