As a team we would rather join in a new market via a joint venture, this is because as it's a new market, we would have the advantage that our partners will already have information and experience with the market we're trying to join. It's really important to focus on a partner that's already positioned in the market because they already have experience with the culture and social tendencies of the consumers.

To go beyond its borders, a company needs more than ambition; it needs a clear international vision, a scalable offer, and a solid understanding of the new market. Expanding successfully requires knowing why that market matters, how the product or service can create value there, and what legal, cultural, competitive, and operational conditions must be considered. It also demands resources, commitment, and the right entry strategy, whether through distribution, partnerships, acquisitions, joint ventures, or a subsidiary. Above all, crossing borders requires adaptability: the ability to work across cultures, build local networks, and turn international growth into structured, effective execution.

I think that if I want to develop my product or service internationally, I have to understand the market I want to enter, including customer needs, culture, and competition, because not all products work the same in every country. I also need to adapt my product or service to local preferences and legal requirements. Another key factor is having an efficient logistics system to manage transportation, distribution, and customs, since this affects costs and delivery times. Overall, I believe that internationalization requires good planning, adaptability, and a clear understanding of global markets to be successful.

We came to the conclusion that growth doesn't just mean improving in our own country, but also seeking opportunities in other countries, since the market can be much larger. We realized that many businesses, for example, a coffee shop that started near where we live, expanded to other countries because they achieved greater growth when they ventured beyond their comfort zone. For us, going beyond borders isn't just about traveling and exploring other options, but about thinking big, adapting to new ideas, and looking for more opportunities. at the end we concluded that it's about stepping outside your comfort zone.

Expanding internationally is a strategic need for growth and risk management, so by entering new markets, companies achieve market diversification, protecting themselves against domestic economic downturns and seasonal fluctuations, this expansion facilitates economies of scale, allowing businesses to spread high research and development costs over a larger customer base and reduce the average cost per unit. Internationalization can also extend a product’s life cycle by introducing mature goods to emerging markets where demand is still rising and going global provides access to specialized talent and resources, while establishing a global brand presence that creates a competitive advantage against rivals.

What we find more interesting would be to structure a team in a foreign culture. The challenges and knowledge that would come with learning to adapt and build what your company needs without beeing to violent or disruptive of another country's way of work. From different work laws, to communication levels, power distance, decision making process amongst many other things, understanding and being open minded and willing to learn to work within the standards of the new country can make or break your strategy. It is truly a key part of the growth and internalization strategy.

I think i would like to find a local distribution network, because it helps reduce costs, and reach costumers faster, this also helps because local distributors already know the market and how it moves, so i can avoid mistakes, but i also would like to develop my product or services internationally so i can reach more costumers, but for it to function i need to understand the market, so having a local network would be helpful it also helps to enter the market faster so it is not a bad idea.

We think that expanding internationally is fundamental for a growing company. But it implies a lot of effort and a great communication system in order for it to work properly. You need a plan in order to do so. Having and developing a market reaserch is one of the most important things you should do, in order to know what will work in the country you are trying to get into. But before doing that you need to establish and have brand presence globally to be able to compete and have competitive advantages against rivals.
