Google app store contains multiple apps to aid with CAD but the apps lack in information on CAD itself. The app will let you learn kinaesthetically with just a few tutorials on how to use the CAD app.
Multiple tutorials on YouTube to show how to use the programme in different ways ranging from simplistic to more advanced. YouTube videos include comments below that can explain the process more in depth. Links to CAD software can be found in the description box below the video. The video is free and can be paused at any time to take notes as some videos rush the topic. Videos may not be as in depth with the theory of CAD as books may be.
Books on CAD may be harder to understand through reading because CAD is a digital tool. Books can explain the theory but are not able to show how the software works.

Codecademy Research

Codecademy presents itself with a clean and simple user interface that quickly leads the user to the lessons available. There are a number of courses on the website, most of them focused on a single coding language; options include Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript and more. The site makes for a useful learning tool because these courses are available for free, and have a number of exercises and tests available to the user for them to practice coding. Some of the website's features require a paid-for premium account to access and make use of, but these are not essential to the completion of any given course. Courses also feature an estimate of how long it should take a user to complete the course, measured in hours, allowing for lessons to be fitted into a learner's busy schedule when they have time available.
However, some sources have indicated flaws in the courses available on Codecademy; an article published on Tech.co aimed at helping readers understand where to start learning to code dissuaded them from using Codecademy, as it educated them on the practice of typing code and using correct syntax, and not on building applications that can actually make use of and run said code, making the knowledge useless without further learning.
Additionally, the website is presented almost entirely via textual interface, requiring a reading/writing method of learning, supplemented with short kinaesthetic learning practical tasks. Auditory learning from discussion with teachers is available, but this is one of the premium features of the site and is therefore only available with regular payment to the site.

There are many advantages to using Khan Academy as a tool for learning.
- It seems as though Khan Academy is attempting to overhaul the concept of education by making it a choice rather than a chore
- The site is easy to use and navigate and is available on all types of devices
- You can filter by subject or grade
- There are different subjects you can choose from which will take you from the very basics through to the newest information at higher levels meaning it appeals to a wider audience
- Learning feels 'personalised' and is self paced because lessons are recommended based on progress
- There is a corresponding YouTube channel
- Users provide feedback which will improve the site
- You can watch interviews with influential people in order to understand the way they themselves learn, and adopt some of their techniques
- Users can comment on material meaning the site is interactive and students can ask their peers questions or respond to others who need help
- It appeals to learners who respond well to auditory learning
- There is a Coach Resources section aimed at parents, tutors, and teachers

Every method of learning has disadvantages, some of Khan Academy's are:
- The videos tend to be more procedural than conceptual and may contain minor inconsistencies that could confuse some learners
- It isn't made clear on the site whether or not comments are moderated and as with every social aspect of the internet there is a minor possibility of 'disagreements' etc on comment threads which may affect younger or more sensitive users although this is unlikely on a site of this nature
- Will not appeal so much to Kinaesthetic learners because e-learning by nature does not provide a hands on aspect to the material delivered
