         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the history of Rome, many individuals, social advancements, and events contributed to the glory that was Rome.  Everything that was Rome is part of the legacy that lingers today. Their games and entertainment is one area that influenced our modern civilization by shaping what games we play today.  Many aspects of their games and entertainment helped Rome/Roman greatness develop by letting them still be about to relax and have fun. This could have brought some of the stress out of their lives which allowed them to become more productive.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

All though no one apposed it, death by gladiator fights was later banned because it was considered to "bloodthirstily."</div>]]></description>

         <title>Chariot races</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Chariot races were considered the most popular form of entertainment. it was small, 2-wheeled vehicles drawn by 2, 4, or 6-horse teams. They would race around a race and people would watch from seats surrounding the track. These races were exciting because of the high chance of getting hurt as the driver of the horse.</div>]]></description>
