First and foremost you must make the others believe in you ......but to attain this ....there are many ways.....One of them is to have an overwhelming carisma specific to a strong but sparkling personality as well....Then courage to show yourself as you are.....Nobody will believe in you or put the trust in your hands if he/she detects the slightest lie or even weakness. That is why in a way the leader is a tragic hero....because he must deny to himself things which for others are understandable.
