Humans are increasingly influencing the climate and the earth's temperature by burning fossil fuels, cutting down forests and farming livestock. This adds enormous amounts of greenhouse gases to those naturally occurring in the atmosphere, increasing the greenhouse effect and global warming.
 
3.  What have been the global governance solutions to climate change?
Government research and development programs, such as the Advanced Research Project Agency-Energy, can drive progress in clean energy technologies and bring them to commercial use. Voluntary programs, like the Natural Gas STAR program, work with businesses to reduce emissions, often with public recognition.

It's not gonna be a good solution to some the climate problem. With the increase of the population, the global warming's problem is still exists, although the country find some solution to solve this, but is still not work effectively. And people over-exploit the natural, such as damaging the environment for centuries by overcasting trees and farming too intensively. Which led the temperature of the sea surface keep increasing, thus the problem of global warming arise.

Climate change, if not properly addressed, will have a catastrophic impact on human well-being and even on the future of mankind.

Q3: What have been the global governance solutions to climate change?
In order to solve the climate problem, intergovernmental panel take global actions. It could be argued that they established IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) is an international panel of scientists and researchers that provide advice on climate change to the international community. In addition, the United Nations Environment Programme also provide some solutions.
(1) Fuel switching from coal to gas. Reduce the carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide. Use new energy to avoid using fossil fuels.
(2) The wider use of nuclear power. Minimum the greenhouse effects. 
(3) The greater use of renewable heat and power including hydropower, solar, wind, geothermal and bio-energy.
(4) Early applications of carbon dioxide capture and storage.
(5) More fuel-efficient vehicles.
(6) Shifts from road transport to rail, public transport and non-motorised transport including cycling and walking.
