You use it by pressing the buttons or by touching the screen depending on the model. Its very useful and its necessary in almost every job. You can buy them from a phone shop or online. They cost anywhere between 50€ and 1000€ depending on the phone´s capabilities.

If you love sports and are in a wheelchair it doesn't matter, because there are wheelchair sports like basketball, tennis, rugby and racing.
