The most confident part will be the CV resume because i get 90+ score for my CV resume. The areas that i want to improve will be interview because i do think that i did not really do a good job on interview session

i confident it my Resume since i got 91 score and i also confident on my cover letter. I think the only areas that i need to improve on interview. Since some interview question i might not able to answer it because i don't have experience on it. I think this more on i don't have a lot of experience to able to answer all the interview.

I feel most confident in applying the STAR method effectively when answering interview questions. Speaking confidently with appropriate body language and tone during interviews or professional conversations.

An area I’d like to improve is building more LinkedIn connections and expanding my professional network. As well as learning how to start networking more naturally, beyond just attending events and approaching people.

The things I want to improve on is my interview style where I kept stuttering and some question need takes time to answer.

I’m most confident in my CV and I score 92/100. I’ve put effort into making it clear, professional, and tailored to the roles I’m aiming for. It highlights my key achievements and strengths in a way that reflects who I am and what I bring to the table.

The area I’d like to improve is my clarity around industries and roles. While I have a general direction, I want to better understand which paths align with my strengths and long-term goals. out of all the things ive learnt in career journey, id say the thing im most confident in is writing a suitable cover letter and refining my resume to tailor it to the job im applying for. one of the areas in which i wanna improve in is to answer challenging questions that is asked of me during interviews as i believe i can comfortably answer simpler or more straightforward ones, but ive found im not always prepared for those that require deeper self-reflection or quick thinking yet.

I'm confident in my Resume because I manage to get a 95/100 score for my CV resume even though I started with 33. I would like to improve my Linkedin profile and get more connections and improve my interview skills. There are interview questions that are very tricky so I need to practice more.

I feel more confident in my communication method as I have more practice in implementing the STAR method when it comes to communicating and getting the message across. My resume has also improve a lot since its first draft. My presentation skills have also improve after practicing a lot and implementing what I've learnt (top-down story telling). However, I still feel there is room for improvement as I still catch myself dragging out my point and sometimes going blank during interviews.

Also, I realized that I progress well in my presentation compared to last time. I am now more confident with my words and prepared to face future objections based on what I have learn and practice throughout all scenarios.

I feel confident in my resume and cover letter. It looks more professional. I feel the need to use the SQL framework to develop an executive summary for the presentation is quite useful. The sound intonations and body languages also play a vital role during presentation. Using the STAR method during interview sessions makes me confident to answer questions from the interviewers. The most challenging part will be the interview session. I still have to be more prepared for introducing myself and explain more technical skills that I developed from my previous projects.

I feel most confident in my ability to analyze information and turn it into actionable insights. Through the GIFT programme, especially in Scenario 4, I became comfortable using Excel and interpreting data to support business decisions. I also gained confidence in presenting my ideas clearly and backing them up with evidence.

At the same time, I’d like to improve my ability to think on the spot, especially during unexpected questions or discussions. While I’ve become better at structured presentations, I’m still working on being more confident in spontaneous conversations or Q&A settings. That’s an area I’m actively developing by seeking feedback, practicing mock interviews, and staying more aware of current events to strengthen my thinking under pressure.

Im confident with my CV and cover letter because these two materials are something unprecedented for me to learn, I had to take this initiative to be more open-minded especially on establish connections in LinkedIn for all the participants here. In my career journey, I am getting confident with my resume because I managed to get 88/100 for Resume Worded score. Took me 2 days to really amend the recommended changes. Particularly in making my experience better.

I would like to improve on handling difficult questions. I believe by going thru details more specifically and review the materials repeatedly, I would be able to be better in this.

I would say that being able to produce a well written CV/Resume has definitely boost my confidence. I can safely say that applying for a job position wouldn't be so much of fear to me anymore.

For areas to improve, it will be on my interview and presentation. Although the interview and presentation weren't a 10/10, I think that with more practice, it will definitely help me with my confidence.

For me, the most confident boosting thing was definitely my CV and digital portfolio. Being someone who previously used more modern style CV's, having a more traditional and tailored CV is refreshing, and will definitely help me in developing my future career. The digital portfolio as well, being a piece of item that displays my projects and experiences was something new to me, and I believe invaluable in showing who I am to future employers.

Moving forward, the skill that I would like to improve most is my interview skills, understanding how answers can be framed better to help interviewers understand who I am as a person. I believe improving this skill will be essential in future employements, and is definitely something I will work on. All other skills such as presentation, elevator pitch and many more will also be touched up on, as they all come together to make me a btter person
